Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery area and product size.

From ¥8,800 (Hokkaido) to ¥22,000 (Kyushu).
Shipping Fee is varying in fonction of the delivery country.

For deliveries to Okinawa and remote islands, please contact us separately for shipping fees.

Paidy Payment

No credit card or pre-registration required.
You can shop immediately using only your email address and mobile phone number.

Payments can be settled the following month via:

Installment payment options are also available with Paidy.

  • 6 installments

  • 12 installments

(Installment fees may be free depending on the Paidy plan.)

For bank transfers, please note that transfer fees charged by financial institutions are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Deadline

Please transfer the payment to the designated bank account within 7 days from the order date.
Orders will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within this period.

Delivery Time

The estimated production time is indicated on each product page and in the order confirmation email.

Products will be shipped immediately after the production period is completed.
Delivery may take approximately 4 week after shipment for international shipment.
About 1 week for inland shipment

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, shipping company circumstances, or other factors. In such cases, we will notify customers via email.

Order Cancellation / Withdrawal

Orders cannot be canceled for any reason after 5 days from the date the order has been accepted by the Company.

Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.
